Muscular jerks SPASMS [love this one, perhaps said by those with poor physiques]
Who knew?:Indian cattle is ZEBU; and crossed with PREZ, which could have been PRES, the cattle could have been SEBU, or XEBU. Had to guess on this one.

BTW and IMHO: This is the most enjoyable puzzle in a long time and will be among the best of the year.
