Grid design

This is in response to Mar. 8, 2020 zinaphile "grid design query"
In addition to using a previously published grid and the grids available under the cruiciverb.com database, I have experimented with nonsense words on Crossword Compiler.  So after getting the message from Crossword Compiler that, "No grids were found that fit in all of the theme words," I used made-up words of my needed theme lengths.  I simply made-up words, alternating consonants and vowels, such as Abecidofugyhaje, Kilomunypaqeris, Tovyawexiyozub, Abecidofugyhaje.  Then I substituted my real theme words.
