Pet peeve from an old teaching supervisor:
RETEACH [We can’t
reteach since teaching presupposes learning. When we use
reteach we really mean re-present, until the learning takes place, at which time it becomes taught. So “I taught it, but they didn’t learn it” doesn’t cut it.]
