THEME:   phrases contain ECHO

GOOD ONES:
Radio station feature {& threme}   ECHO CHAMBER [in "effect" ECHO is enchambered by the other letters of the phrases]
When rights may be denied?   ON RED

BTW:
Plate appearances   AT BATS [never understood why the stat was not simply BATS]

Alluring dockside greeting   HI SAILOR [sounds more repulsive than alluring, but that's me]

Dijon season   ETE [but not a Kansas City season --- anyway, I'd go with "Gam end" (gamete) suggesting "tootsies" or the ubiquitous ETE]

RATING: ;D ;D
Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun
