THEME:   last word of a phrase is synonymous with abode

GOOD ONES:
"The Living End" is an apt title as is the theme entry HOME SWEET HOME
Wise leader?   OTHER
Dancer Sally with just a few fans?   RAND [an old-time fan dancer]
Mortgage feature?   SILENT T
Form letters?   IRS [they have many forms]
Play in a line   SLACK [not "act" or "cavort"]
John on the farm   DEERE [I thought some sort of outhouse]
Plug in the den?   TV AD [since TV's are all over the house these days, I'd go with "Medium plug?" --- maybe that would be too tough]
Say somethin', say?   ELIDE [left off the G]
Matched shirts and skirts?   RHYMED

BTW:
Bed with bars   BABY CRIB [we say only CRIB since only one piece of furniture is possible when using that term --- as opposed to baby carriage since there are many kinds of carriages]

Anti-doping targets, briefly   PEDS [are the targets of performance enhancing drugs the drugs or the users?]

RATING: ;D ;D ;D
Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun
