Title: Sunday Theme Letter Count

Hello.

Does anyone know if there is a general rule for how many theme letters should be in a Sunday puzzle? I know there is no hard rule, but Patrick Berry in his book says, as a general rule, at least 40 for a weekday. Any ideas on a minimum letter count for Sunday theme entries?

LA Times spec (on this site) state 84 minimum (35 for weekday). That's a good general rule.
