Hi all
Beginner constructor here (so I hope I'm not posting a topic that's already been discussed at length before) with a quick question: Can specific themes be used only once? I understand the themed answers should not be repeated, but if the themes are exact, can they still be used? Or, if a particular themed puzzle has been published in one outlet, does that restrict its publication in another outlet?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
